根據GARP官方規定，FRM報名證件具體要求為：

Be prepared to present an original,non-expired passport or driver’s license for admission.

The name on your admission ticket needs to exactly match the name on your passport or driver’s license.

參加FRM考試請準備出示一份未過期的護照或駕照原件。您準考證上的姓名需要與您的護照或駕照上的姓名完全匹配。

1.Credit Card Online-GARP accepts MasterCard,Visa,or Amex Check

2.Check-Must be a US bank check or a foreign check with a US intermediate bank Wire

3.Wire-Wire instructions can be found on the bottom of your invoice

即考生可以選擇使用信用卡、支票或者電匯的方式進行支付FRM報名費。對于我國考生而言選擇信用卡支付比較適合，其它方式支付還需要手續費。
